Support After Dark is a free support group, available to the community, that helps parents build resilience, prioritize self-care, and strengthen family connections in a supportive environment.

Participants will explore the principles of the TBRI approach, understand the impact of risk factors and adverse childhood experiences, and learn effective engagement strategies, including regulation techniques and fostering felt safety.
