This workshop is designed to educate foster parents and caregivers on Ohio law as it relates to a caregiver’s right to be heard. Participants will learn what information to share with the court and how to present it. Attendees will learn about Ohio law and their right to share information in court regarding a child in their care. Participants will learn how to present information to the court in a professional, non-biased manner and to overall strengthen their ability to advocate successfully for children.
