This workshop, led by Kerri McKenna, Ed.D., MSW, LSW, provides participants with methods for preparing for and supporting through placement transition periods. Topics will include the emotional impact of placement changes, the importance of caregiver self-care, and reviewing available tools and resources. Additionally, there will be time for interactive discussions about case scenarios to help participants build confidence when facing placement transitions.
