This training provides participants with methods for preparing for and supporting through placement transition periods. Topics will include the emotional impact of placement changes, the importance of caregiver self-care, and reviewing available tools and resources. Additionally, there will be time for interactive discussions about case scenarios to help participants build confidence when facing placement transitions.
