Staff and caregivers regularly engage with clients in crisis situations. This content is to assure the use of appropriate behavioral interventions that promotes respect, healing, and positive behavior and prevents the need for restrictive behavior management interventions.

The participant will learn the assessment process, primary, secondary, and tertiary strategies and Emergency Safety Interventions.
