According to The National Child Traumatic Stress Network (NCTSN), children experience trauma when an intense event threatens or causes harm to their emotional and physical well-being. NCTSN claims that roughly one of every four children will experience a traumatic event before the age of sixteen. You’ll see the effects of trauma in their behavior.
Through this interactive training, you’ll be reminded that you are in a significant position to shape children’s hearts. You’ll learn how trauma has influenced their hearts, and you’ll leave with five practical strategies, based on core TBRI principles, for disruptive behavior that you can implement in your home.
