Many of our Caregiver Trainings are appropriate for all caregivers, including parents in traditional home settings, foster/adoptive parents, daycare providers, and alternative care and respite providers. Classes are designed to help build competencies to meet the needs of children. Many of our trainings are intended to help caregivers learn about child development, child specific trauma needs, and to help caregivers access resources and supports to help families thrive and remain whole.

TBRI® Caregiver Training 2025

Join us for this free for the community training opportunity! TBRI® is an attachment-based, trauma-informed intervention that is designed to meet the complex needs of vulnerable children. TBRI® uses Empowering Principles to address physical needs, Connecting Principles for attachment needs, and Correcting Principles to disarm fear-based behaviors. This four part series, hosted on Mondays in June, will be held at Berachah Baptist Church in Middletown on 6/2, 6/9, 6/16, and 6/23. You do not have to attend all four days, however, if you plan on attending Correcting Principles, you need to have attended at least one of the other sessions.
