This in-person suicide prevention training provides participants with the skills to recognize and respond to individuals who may be experiencing suicidal thoughts using the Question, Persuade, Refer (QPR) approach. Through guided discussion and interactive activities, participants will explore common risk factors and warning signs, learn how to engage in supportive conversations, and gain practical strategies for connecting individuals in crisis with appropriate resources and professional support. Participants will also receive information on accessing help for themselves or someone they care about.
This class is in person.
