Rhea Lana Shopping Event is hosting a children’s consignment shop event from September 26th – October 3rd. On Sunday, October 4th from 3-4 pm, they are opening their area for FREE shopping to Foster Care families for the kids in care. Please register in advance.

We would like to offer is for foster families and foster closets/organizations to come “shop” our donations for their foster children **free of charge**. We cannot guarantee sizes or availability but are happy for you to take what your foster children need. You will need to sign up here and provide your proof of status in order to participate on Sunday October 4th! We will have two different shopping times. We recommend showing up 15 min early to get checked in prior to your shopping time.
***Foster Families can shop from 3:00-4:00pm.
***Foster Closets/Organizations can shop from 3:30-4:00pm.
ALL shopping must conclude promptly at 4pm as we are on a tight move out schedule.
***It is important to note that the items you take during our donation shopping on Sunday October 4th have been donated by our consignors and should only be used for YOUR foster children. You are not permitted to resell these items.***
- All hangers and safety pins will need to be removed from your items before leaving. We will have a few volunteers to assist with this process but it will be a group project. Please plan accordingly.
- Please bring your own bags, totes, boxes, wagons, etc. for the goodies you find – bags will not be available
- You are welcome to share this information with other foster families that you know. However, they will need to complete this form to register for themselves.
- We ask that you limit the number of people you bring with you – and remember you are only to take items for children in your care.
- Only the adults named on the fostering license are allowed to attend – no additional adults may attend. For the privacy of those in attendance those not registered will be asked to remain outside and will not be permitted to enter.
Proof is required and Submissions are due by SATURDAY October 3rd by 12pm. The submissions will be reviewed and we will reach out if any additional information is needed.
