In this training, participants will explore what behavior may be communicating when a child has experienced trauma. Rather than focusing only on the behavior itself, we’ll practice slowing down our responses and approaching these moments with connection and curiosity. Participants will leave with simple, practical strategies to co-regulate, reduce power struggles, and strengthen relationships with the children in their care.
