Trauma Competent Caregiver Module 9
Module nine of Trauma Competent Caregiving focuses on the importance of self-care. Participants will explore the different types of self-care and will evaluate their current self-care practices. Caregivers will discuss compassion fatigue and ways to prevent burnout.
